Digest emails

Your digest emails are regular content updates based on your selected topic preferences. During your onboarding process, you will be asked to choose which areas of the site you would like to 'watch', so you can stay up to date with latest content and conversations shared in these areas. However, you can go in and change your digest preferences at any time. 

Digest emails are sent either daily, weekly or monthly - based on the preference selected. You can change the regularity of these emails whenever you would like. 

To alter your digest settings, please follow the below steps: 

• Sign in to your CC Network account
• Click on the profile image icon in the top right hand corner of the navigation bar 
• Select 'Account settings' from the drop-down menu
• Scroll to the 'Your Digest' section and click the 'Tailor Digest' button 
• On the Your Digest page, you will be able to choose how regularly you want to receive your digest emails
• You will also be able to select which areas of the site you would like to feature in your digest: 
  • • Channels are where topic-based articles will be shared 
    • Rooms are for discussion between community members, site updates and our premium content video library 

Other notifications

The default notification settings for all CC Network members may not suit your needs. If you'd like to change your notification preferences so you do not receive emails for new conversations, follows, likes etc. you can do so by following these steps:

• Sign in to your CC Network account
• Click on the profile image icon in the top right hand corner of the navigation bar 
• Select 'Account settings' from the drop-down menu
• Scroll down to Notification preferences and select 'Change notification preferences'

Here you can opt in/out of a fortnightly highlights email (curated by the Crit Comms Network team), and other emails you might receive to notify you of activity relevant to your account and your interaction with other members.
