Discussion of network planning and optimisation in the critical communication domain

Morning everyone, I work for Ranplan Wireless, one of the major indoor-outdoor network planning solution provider based in Cambridge, UK. As a network planning tool provider, we position ourselves as a small puzzle piece of the complete end to end CC network solution. In the past years, we have worked with a number partners to deliver CC network designs for inbuilding, tunnels and railways.  We appreciate the trend of CC network migration to LTE and 5G wideband systems as in the common carrier networks. They share commonalities in regards to the 3GPP standards, but also differentiates itself from traditional cellular networks in the design principles and regulatory requirements.  We are keen to collaborate with more partners to better our solution to the CC network domain such as FRMCS and PPDR networks. We are exhibiting in Critical Communications World 23.-25.5. in Helsinki. Thanks for visiting our booth at L91 to have a chat. CCW 2023 (ranplanwireless.com)

Looking forward to robust discussion on future of critical communications

I am an industry analyst tracking the products and services that make critical communications supporting public safety operations possible. I serve as a volunteer firefighter in the Washington, D.C., area, and I use a combination of communications technologies to get my job done: FirstNet LTE, Verizon LTE, and Project 25. My website is critcomminsights.com/ and I can be found on LinkedIn at ken-rehbehn.  I hope to contribute to the Crit Comms Network discussions and influence progress toward communications systems and applications that enhance situational awareness for responders.
